Vision & Mission:

To provide a functional and effective WMD (Weapons of Mass Distruction) / NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) defense capability for our nations and the world.

Founded in 1996 as a not-for-profit entity to train emergency medicine physicians and first responders in WMD/NBC domestic preparedness and response, PREEMPT Systems, Inc. (the for - profit arm) was initiated in 1998 as it became obvious the traditional "government - large prime contractor" business model offered the best hope for successful completion of this vision.

Accordingly, PREEMPT Systems, Inc. proceeded to assist this process by developing a core concept of operations and methodology with associated Intellectual Property designed to provide a sure foundation for this anticipated model.

This effort has now matured into several patents, which are also designed to help provide efficiency and control to a business and bureaucratic process that could otherwise be uncontrollable.
