1) Building Protection System & Method
Patent US Patent # 6,293,861 (PDF File-More Detailed) issued Sept 25,2001: a real-time
sensor-based building protection system utilizing external and internal sensors with alarm
and on-demand positive-pressure systems with integrated building and human response
procedures. This patent is now being extended internationally (in Europe,
South
Korea, and Hong
Kong). Also, this patent has already been published and granted in Israel
as Registration/Patent
No. 148298 on Jan. 24, 2005 / April 25,
2005 (filing date Aug. 23, 2000).
2) Surveillance System and Method For Identifying Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear
Attacks or Hazards issued March 23, 2004 as US Patent # 6,710,711 (which claims priority from U.S. Provisional
Application No. 60/236,730, filed Oct. 2, 2000): a comprehensive pioneer method patent for
syndromic surveillance incorporating nontraditional and traditional data sources into a
timed-phased data acquisition methodology with continual cross-referencing of ongoing WMD
and other pertinent disease modeling and simulations for early disease outbreak detection.
US Patent # 6,943,684 issued on September 13, 2005 is a
Continuation-In-Part of # 6,710,711 designed to significantly broaden the scope of the
claims thereof.
3) Methods For Detecting Biological, Chemical , or Nuclear Attacks - patent in
progress. This patent published on December 23, 2004 as Publication No. US 2004-0257227 A1. (PDF File) (This
application claims the benefit of U.S. Provisional Patent Application Serial No.

Provisional Application No. 60/236,730, filed Oct. 2, 2000, now issued as US Patent #
6,710,711 as above). This is a design of a wide-area (and nation-wide) preemptive
real-time sensor- based WMD defense system utilizing combination fixed-base and mobile
weather- dependent WMD / NBC and environmental sensors superimposed with an advanced
Modeling and Simulation capability toward real-time warning and detection, response, and
consequence management of a WMD or related attack(s). International filing was commenced
on Jan 21, 2005 via # PCT/ US2005/ 001915, and thereafter now PCT
International Pub. No.
